Placement guide

Hand-piped by our chefs, in one of two places.
Approximate areas shown for reference. Our chefs choose the placement and lettering style that suit each cake’s design best.
Size guide
Which size fits your party?
All three cakes drawn to scale. Pick by guest count.
= one dessert slice, a proper plated serving= one coffee slice, less than half a dessert slice
Serving counts are a guide only — everyone cuts and serves a little differently.
What’s a coffee slice?
A slim 1″ × 2″ finger — less than half a dessert slice. It’s how cake is cut at weddings and office parties, to go with coffee.
Want everyone to get a proper slice? Choose by Serves, not coffee slices.
Between two sizes? Go bigger — leftovers keep beautifully in the fridge overnight.
