Absolutely! If you just want a small change — like a different message or a color variation — please contact us directly before submitting a custom request. In many cases, small tweaks can be handled without going through the full design process.
When should I place my custom cake request?+
We recommend submitting your request about 25 days in advance, with a minimum of 10 days before your date, to ensure availability and adequate preparation time. Earlier is always better for busy dates.
Can I submit a request if my event is in less than 5 days?+
Unfortunately, we are unable to review any inquiries submitted within 5 days of the required date. You will not receive a reply if your form falls within this window.

- Custom work starts at $120. For very simple or plain designs, our standard collection is usually the better value — we'd recommend browsing it first.
- We only make decorated cakes — we don't offer plain, undecorated cakes.
- We don't offer cake tastings.
- We recreate the design you share with us, so please include a reference image — we don't offer a separate, from-scratch design service.
- Please send a real photo, not an AI-generated image. AI images almost always show designs that can't be built with real cake and real cream, so we don't review requests based on them. A photo of an actual cake — ours or one you've seen — gets you a real answer, and a real cake.
Communication: Custom orders are handled by email only — we don't offer phone or in-person consultations. We may call you only to confirm final details.
