Send a real cake photo, not AI

A photo of an actual cake, ours or one you’ve seen. AI pictures show designs real cake and cream can’t hold.

Requests with AI images don’t get a reply.

Questions, answered.

Can you make a cake with a cartoon character?

No. We don’t make anything copyrighted, including cartoon characters, figurines and dolls.

Can I send an AI-generated picture as my reference?

Please don’t. AI images almost always show designs that can’t be built with real cake and real cream, so requests with AI images don’t get a reply.

Can you make a plain cake for me to decorate myself?

No. We only make finished, fully decorated cakes.

Can I submit a request if my event is in less than 5 days?

We can’t review requests for a date within 5 days, and they won’t get a reply.

How much should I budget for a custom cake?

Custom cakes start at $120. Most designs are $180–$450+ depending on size and detail.

Is a custom cake the right choice for me?

Custom is best when your idea isn’t on our ready-to-order menu. Those cakes are faster to book and priced up front.
