Product & Storage Details
You’ve never had a fresh cream cake quite like this. Handcrafted daily in our physical cake studio in Markham, each cake features layers of ultra-soft Japanese Chiffon cake and our signature light freshly whipped cream, made without any stabilizers or preservatives. Whether it’s our seasonal fruits, velvety chocolate, or classic strawberry cake, every bite melts in your mouth—light, fresh, and not overly sweet. It’s everything a real cream cake should be.
Storage Instructions
Please refrigerate your cake immediately upon receiving it. It can be kept in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. For best taste and texture, avoid freezing fresh cream cakes.
Serving Instructions
Remove the cake from the fridge 5-10 minutes before serving. Fresh cream tastes best when slightly chilled but not too cold.
When should I have my order arrive?
Choose your preferred delivery date during checkout, up to 180 days in advance.
For special occasions, we recommend scheduling your delivery to arrive at least one day in advance. Cakes are freshly made on the day of delivery and will stay perfect in the fridge overnight.
Please note: While we always strive to deliver your cake as early as possible, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Most orders arrive between 5–9PM on your selected date.

At The Place, we are committed to using only natural, high-quality ingredients in every cake we make. We never use preservatives, humectants —ensuring a clean, honest, and delicious experience with every bite.
All of our cakes are made fresh to order in our studio. We do not carry pre-made or ready-to-go items. Some cake styles do offer same-day pickup within 2 hours of ordering.

How delivery and pickup work
Choose after adding to cart. In the cart, select your preferred date, time range, and delivery or pickup option before checkout.
Local delivery is $4.95 citywide. Delivery is FREE for orders over $79* and available 7 days a week.
*Conditions apply: free delivery applies to eligible standard or afternoon delivery in selected areas and excludes rush or express options.
Freshness & delivery guarantee. Each cake is made-to-order for your selected date — never pre-made or stored. If your cake arrives damaged, we’ll offer a full refund.
Best timing tip. For celebrations, we recommend delivery one day before your event. The cake will stay fresh in the fridge overnight.
Our cakes are freshly made daily and daily capacity is limited — secure yours early.
Need an exact time?
We use third-party delivery partners for local cake delivery. We can provide a time range, but we cannot guarantee or reserve an exact delivery time.
Schedule delivery one day before. Your cake will stay fresh in the fridge overnight and be ready for the celebration.
Pick up from our workshop. This is the best option when exact event-day timing matters.
Arrange your own Uber or courier. Send a driver to collect the cake from our workshop after it is ready.
