Our regular delivery time is between 6 P.M. to 10 P.M. We cannot set a specific time for delivery since the delivery is provided by third-party. Please make sure you have someone to receive the cake at that time, or it will be returned. The driver will contact the recipient by phone in advance. If your recipient's address is an apartment/condo address, we will meet you at the entrance or in the lobby.

Please make sure that someone, you, or your family can wait at home. Usually our delivery driver will call you to confirm about half an hour before arriving at your delivery address. If the driver is unable to contact you, he will arrange delivery of another order and contact you again. If the driver is unable to contact you after several attempts, he will return the cake. Please note, no delivery charge will be refund due to unsuccessful delivery.

Yes, drop-off is possible and you can confirm this with the driver when they contact you. However, please note that by agreeing to a drop-off you are waiving your right to recourse for damage. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the cake once the driver has delivered it to the delivery location.

No,sorry. As the order system is linked to the delivery company, once the order is processed, the delivery company will assign the route automatically. Therefore we are unable to change the delivery address.

Yes, but only if you notify us at least 2 days in advance of your requested date. Delivery charges will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

We are located at Unit 10 - 505 Hood Rd. L3R 5V6 Markham. We are also working with our partners to expand our pickup locations in the future.

Yes, you can select a pickup time slot by following the instructions on the page. Please note that some time slots may be fully booked due to capacity limitations of each time slot.We will try our best to have your order ready by your chosen time slot, however, due to volume and unforeseen circumstances, orders may be slightly delayed, please refer to the pickup notification email.
