We take delivery seriously— If a cake collapsed during delivery, we will offer a full refund in store credit. We truly hope you’ll give us the opportunity to make it right.

 

You’ll receive a real-time tracking link by email or a phone call before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled time. If the driver cannot reach you or,  a drop-off, or delivery to a concierge, we are not liable for any damages — but a photo will be taken at drop-off to confirm the delivery.

 What time do I need to order by for same-day delivery?

Place your order before 2:30 PM to receive your cake between 5–9PM on the same day. Or you can select an available slot for pickup on the cart page

 Which areas do you deliver to same-day?

We offer same-day delivery across the Core GTA including Toronto, Markham, North York, Richmond Hill, and more. Enter your postal code at checkout to confirm.

Do you offer same-day delivery on weekends?

Yes! Same-day delivery is available Monday to Saturday. We do not offer same-day service on Sundays.

Can you deliver to condos or office buildings?

Yes. For condos, we deliver to the lobby only. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If it's an office address please make sure  someone is available to receive it in the evening. Undeliverable cakes will be returned and no refund will be issued.

Is 2-hour delivery available?

Yes. For urgent deliveries, you can place an order via our partner Uber Eats and receive your cake within 2 hours (availability depends on stock and area. Time is an estimate, not a guarantee.)

Can I pick up instead of delivery?

Yes! Pick-up is available in our workshop at 505 Hood Rd, unit 10. You will receive an email notification once the cake is ready for pickup.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Same-day delivery happens between 5–9PM. We’re unable to guarantee exact delivery times within this window.

Are your same-day cakes suitable for birthdays?

Yes! Many of our express cakes come with “Happy Birthday” toppers, perfect for a last-minute celebration.

Are the cakes made fresh on the same day?

Always. All cakes in our Same-Day Collection are made fresh and delivered the same day.

What happens if the delivery fails or no one is home?

We provide one delivery attempt only. If no one is available to receive the cake during the 5–9PM delivery window, our driver will leave it at the building lobby or front door if it’s deemed safe and accessible. Or the cake will be returned for next business day pick.
